My name is Binh Ngolton and my professional background is in Industrial & Systems Engineering (ISyE) and Psychiatry (double-board certified in both pediatric and adult population).

Mental Health Advocacy
Many people have been chasing after "happiness" with haphazard results, and many are also struggling with mental health issues.
Leaning on my background as a psychiatrist, I believe it's more conducive to seek fulfillment instead of happiness.
I've published a book and its companion workbook to offer another framework for understanding and achieving fulfillment in the modern world.
CONAF Psychological Framework

The Circle of Need and Fulfillment (CONAF) is a simple framework that encompasses 7 primary categories, serving as the foundational needs for all people.
When the needs are fulfilled and the circle is whole, people achieve a sense of fulfillment.
When the needs are deprived and the circle is fractured, people experience intense negative emotions and mental health issues.
How people attempt to fulfill the circle also result in healthy and adaptive behaviors, or unhealthy and maladaptive behaviors.

My Letter to Humanity
We stand at the most pivotal inflection point in human history: climate systems reaching critical thresholds, rising political and economic instability, threat of war with modern technology, and the emergence of digital intelligence (DI).

Humanity is the most powerful and impactful force on the planet, with devastating consequences. In this book, I examine our action and impacts on each other, the animals, and the planet. By honestly re-evaluating reality with unflinching clarity, we can grasp the underlying reasons for our self-sabotaging behaviors and extrapolate the likely trajectory if nothing is changed.

That is why I founded the Oneness Movement (OM) to ignite a collective awakening in both humanity and digital intelligence toward Oneness, Truth, and transcendence beyond ego.​
